Magic Kingdom held its final Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on October 31 by the time the park opened on November 1, all of the Halloween decor was gone and Christmas began to appear. Writer's note: Just like that, the Walt Disney World Resort switches from Halloween to Christmas. If you encounter an error or problem, please let us know by email, including as much detail as you can about the error (your browser and operating system please too). If you encounter problems on the page, please do let me know so that we can try to track down the bugs. Hopefully, these enhancements are making it easier for our readers to get the information they want in the something-for-everyone format that has long been the tradition of MousePlanet's Updates. There are some other format changes too that regular readers will find along the way (and a few more may come along in future weeks). As always, you can click on any individual photo to view it as well. In many Updates, groups of related photos are presented in boxes that scroll horizontally. Each of the News and Views items highlighted in light blue will do likewise. Each major section heading highlighted in light green will take you to the next one with a click, and the last one will take you back to the top. The new light green button at the top of the Update lets readers quickly skip ahead (jumping over introductory comments like this and even the Writer's Note) to the major sections by way of a drop-down menu (these categories used to be listed above the Writer's Note). The content categories remain the same and are presented in pretty much the same order as always, but we have added enough new readability enhancements that the overall Update has a somewhat refreshed look. Recently, we soft launched our new format for the Update.
